Everyone knows Christmas is just around the corner( Wow that was fast). So in honor of everyone doing their favorite things lists and Christmas gift lists. I have decided to grace you with a few of my favorite things that I love for my dogs.

Suppose you are new here welcome. I am Ruby the owner and creator of Ihana Paws my dog-walking and dog-boarding business, www.ihanapawssitting.com. I have two Golden Retrievers and a Black Labrador who I adore. Those names just so happen to be Odin, Loki, and Thor. Yes, from Norse Mythology. Now that introductions are out of the way let's get started.

Every veterinarian I have known wants to know what dog food you feed your dogs. The answer to the question is a big one because it determines the health of your furry friends. I was told by my once great friend who just happened to be in the Veterinary field that one of the best things you can do for your pet is to feed them good quality food. So I started out feeding my dogs Hills Science Diet dry food at the recommendation of my Veterinarian friend. I fed my dogs this for years, but truth be told it got very expensive. Each of my dogs has different needs so I was getting 3-5 bags of dog food delivered a month. So, I did some research and switched to Costco's Beef and Sweet Potato Formula. I have no issue with this formula and in store the product runs about $32.99 per bag.

Another one of my favorite products to keep my pets healthy is Finn's Multivitamin for dogs. The vitamins come in a recyclable tin and they can be customized to your pup's needs. My go-to is the plain multivitamin with Omegas and a probiotic blend. This vitamin makes my dog's coat oh so shiny. These vitamins go for $32.00 a can but if you bundle you can get two cans for $59.00 and if you subscribe you can get a 15 percent discount.

Okay, onto teeth brushing I love the Virbac Enzymatic toothpaste. The product comes in different flavors and can be purchased on Amazon and Chewy. One complaint that I noticed when researching this product was some pet owners didn't like how much their pets licked this toothpaste. There is a lot of licking, but it's not a problem for me and the boys (Odin, Loki, and Thor). This can be purchased from Amazon at $11.18 per 2.5 ounce tube for the poultry flavor. You guessed it different flavors have different prices.

Well, the Chuck-it tennis ball launcher is a favorite for Thor he loves to retrieve. I know I know unbelievable for a retriever. It is not expensive and launches the ball it comes with and normal tennis balls far of course depending on how much arm power you put behind it. Prices for a chuck-it roughly around $13-$15 depending on your place of purchase.

Moving on because I tend to ramble when it is a topic I love. Kong toys specifically the bone shape and the squeaky ball with a tennis ball inside are a favorite in my household. Fair warning do not get the squeaky ball with the tennis ball inside if you are sensitive to noise. Kong dog toy prices vary tremendously depending on place of purchase. I'll tell you a secret I subscribed to the KONG BOX. Which gave me 1 rubber toy, 1 non rubber toy, 3 treats and a recipe.

We have done it folks We've made it to the end of my little list. The last item I present to you is the Tactipup tactical personalizable dog collar. This collar comes in different sizes and you can customize it to say what you want and you can add patches as well. None of these products are sponsored they are generally products I love and want to share with you!

Most of these products can be found on Amazon, Chewy, or anywhere most pet products are sold. I did include the not so common links of products I love. Until we meet again my fellow pet devotees.
